Tangerine Bank - Mobile Application
The Challenge
Tangerine Bank was the first Canadian bank to offer remote deposit chequing. The challenge being that most Canadians had never heard of this new technology and we needed to make it easy to understand and use. It’s a fantastic example of how mobile banking is changing our lives.
The Solution
A mobile first approach, with a video that demonstrates the mobile app and how secure and easy it is for bank customers to deposit a cheque right from their mobile device. All you need is your cheque and the mobile app, take a picture and your done. The campaign was multichannel including a TV commercial, radio spot, out-of-home, digital banners and direct mail.
