The Challenge
Spa Chasers unique offer is a centralized spa review website dedicated to providing the latest spa ratings, reviews and advice for a great spa experience. As a start-up concept Spa Chasers was on to something and needed to bring the idea to life through innovative branding, tone of voice and messaging. The website needed to be responsive designed with e-commerce capabilities. The consumer (spa goers) required a personalized experience from data capture with social media integration.
The Solution
The tone of the brand identity was fun and approachable while being a trusted resource; common visual elements were developed including a custom illustration and logo. A brand style guide and a web user guide was created. User research methods were used to create personas informed by analytics and demographic information to better understand an end users needs and goals. The website was responsive designed across website, mobile and tablet ensuring a consistent and familiar experience. User data captured upon sign- up enabled a personalized experience with tailored offerings and promotions to specific user needs. Social media integration was seamless, content development (photo/video) and content management extended brand reach and established a consumer community. Social media posts provided seamless transitions to the website experience.
